ONLINE SESSION
Receive professional mental health counseling services through the internet rather than conventional face-to-face interactions. The easy-to-use online service provides a convenient method of counseling from the comfort of your home.

FACE-TO-FACE
When in accordance with the Welsh Government guidelines, the face-to-face counselling sessions will be available at the business address. Face-to-face sessions are when you and the counsellor meet up in person, in a safe and confidential place, for you to explore your issues and concerns.

WALKING THERAPY
Walking Therapy is a mindfulness-based body-oriented therapy that can make it easier for clients to relax, stop ruminating, release physical tension, breathe deep and receive mind-body insight while processing experiences in a different way. In adherence with The Welsh Government Guidelines, this service allows for you to meet up with your counsellor in person at a safe and confidential walk area to explore your issues and concerns.

For full-time students only.
£30 per session on all services.

FIRST SESSION
Set out objectives, goals, and the limitations of confidentiality.
This first session provides an opportunity for both the client and counsellor to assess their compatibility and professional relationship. It is a vital element to the therapy treatment that both the client and counsellor feel comfortable and able to work with one another.
